We are still Laconia’s best kept secret – Darn it all! At the Out of Your Attic thrift Store in Laconia, we have the best prices around. Dressing yourself or your children or grandchildren is less expensive here than anywhere else around. Shirts are a dollar; pants are a dollar; shoes are a dollar. Jeans are only two dollars.
Compare our prices to “Saint Vinny’s” or compare them to the prices at “G. W. Fashions” over on Pleasant Street. They don’t come near; not anywhere near.
Better yet, we have daily specials. They are posted in the front window. Often you will see “kids clothes, size 3 to 16, half price”; that means a pair of boys pants will be only 50 cents that day. If you are lucky you will spot the “Ladies clothes, $2.00 bag sale”
Did you know that on the first Thursday of the month everything in the store is half price? That is truly incredible. Even the wedding gowns are half price! We have one fabulous gown priced at $100 -- new with tags still on it – that can be seen elsewhere for more than $800, and ours comes with the veil, they will be charging extra for the veil. On the first Thursday it would be only $50.
You can find us on Main Street, just past Greenlaw’s and across from the Village Bakery. After you check us out, make sure to tell everyone you know.
