. Baby Threads is run
100% by volunteers and funded 100% by donation. We couldn’t do
it without you.
Baby Threads again helped out with the Junior float for Berlin
High School’s Home Coming Parade. Unfortunately, I have not yet
been able to get a picture of the float. It featured the Munsters.
Baby Threads helped provide some costumes and material for the
float skirting.
Blanche and Barbara from Ohio have been very busy. Three large
boxes, loaded with afghans, baby clothing, and toddler sweaters
recently arrived at Baby Threads. Below are just a few samples
of their beautiful work.

Can you spare a can? Donations are needed for Thanksgiving food

Here are some of the Interlake Seniors showing off donations
for Baby Threads.

Kathy, (one of our volunteers), would appreciate prayers for her
husband Michael. He is currently in ICU. We hope Michael will be
able to have a speedy recovery.
Thank you to Lisa and Karen for coming up with suggestions on
how to package up our Christmas stockings and gift baskets. We
hope the gift baskets and Christmas stockings will bring joy to
many people in NH. There will be stockings/gifts for babies,
children, teens, seniors in nursing homes or homebound, and
special packages for the homeless.
Barbara has been sending baby and toddler hats every month.
Here are some of her latest hats. Thank you Barbara.

Ida has gone home for the winter. Here are some of the sweater
sets she crocheted while spending her summer in Meredith.

Thank you to all who have donated winter clothing. Today, while I
was volunteering at the Laconia shop, several homeless folks came
in looking for warm clothing. One of the men found the perfect
coat. It was thick and warm. He left the shop very happy. If
anyone has snow pants they no longer need we would appreciate
them. There are many folks in need of them. Winter boots,
mittens/gloves, and coats are also needed.
Here are a few of the hats donated at the Chichester shop. We
want to make sure as many folks as possible have warm hats to
wear this winter.

Ellen brought these afghans into the Chichester shop while I was
volunteering there. She told me she loves making the baby
afghans. She said they are very easy to make. (Maybe that is
after you have practiced for many years!)

Jokie has reached a new milestone. As of this writing she has
completed 165 afghans since Jan. 2008. I asked if I could get a
photo of her with the 165
