Ways That You Can Help Can you spare a dollar? A seemingly small amount of money can do a lot to help the work of Baby Threads. Because Baby Threads is staffed 100% by volunteers and stocked 100% by donations, all cash donated goes directly to projects and not to administrative costs. Baby Threads is a non-profit, 501 c 3 organization. Donations are tax deductible. Other Ways to Help Do you like to sew, knit, crochet? Handmade items of all kinds are needed. Use your favorite patterns and your favorite materials. Your handmade items will help to keep people warm and will also send a message of love and caring. Do you belong to an organization that could help Baby Threads by having a baby shower, diaper drive, bedding collection, sock drive, book collection, or hygiene collection? Does your work place offer you a service day? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Call 524-2888 to schedule a service day. Are you short of time or lacking in creativity?
